As Jerry said to George in a classic episode of Seinfeld, "if every instinct you've ever had in your life has been wrong, then the opposite would have to be right." In my case, truer words have never been spoken. My betting instincts are horrible. I have not had a winning year in my 20 years of wagering. That's right. 20 years of losing! I have often thought of taking the opposite of my own picks, but can't seem to pull the trigger. Why? Because I truly believe my selections are solid. I continually think to myself that this week will be different or my luck has got to change.
